A Reflection about..

Human beings are the most important, potent and critical resource of an organization and yet the least understood and the worst managed of its own resource.

A certain organization or multinational company cannot stand without human as their workforce and some resources to maintain and improve it. Man is the soul and the brain of the organization since he/she is responsible in making the company to become a successful one. Without them, the company cannot meet the expectations needed for it to be called a competitive organization.

Man is generally the most important potent and critical resource of a progressing company since he is the one who improve and deliver the services the company presents to the global market. He certainly makes all the necessity needed by the consumers in the society. On top of that, they emphasize the importance of quality control for the goods and services provided by the organization. But unfortunately, human being is the least understood and the worst managed. Why is this so? It’s because there are times that those men working in a lower rank treated unequal by others. They don’t give importance to those who worked hard for the success of the organization. Sometimes it leads to some protest, shouting their grievances for a reason that they are improperly managed. It would be a lot better if employees treated similarly regarding method of payment, recording starting and finishing times and work leave.

Employers must provide employees with much more information about the operation in the workplace. Thus making the employees more useful for the company endowed with good working habits.

humans are the most important resource in an organization because we are the ones who make up the organization itself.
